Are the Charcoal Prices Negotiable?

Our list of Charcoal Prices is based on a minimum purchase volume of 1x40ft, and we offer negotiable prices based on your purchase volume and the length of your contract.

What are the Payment Terms?

The payment terms are:

  • Advance payment (TT)50% by bank wire and balance against copies of the shipping documents.
  • 100% LC at sight, with a minimum amount of USD15,000.00.

Can you print my logo, customized packaging?

Kindly provide us with your packaging requirements and artwork details along with the desired charcoal grade(s). We can manufacture your customized product in Carton Boxes, PP Bags, and Kraft Bags with your logo.

What is the production time and transit time?

The lead time for your order may vary between 20 to 30 days, depending on your specific packaging and artwork requirements. Our goods are typically shipped from either Bangkok or Laem Chabang port. Please find below the estimated transit time for delivery to various destinations:

 

– Japan, Korea, China: 7-10 days.

– Australia and New Zealand: 25 days.

– Dubai: 14 days.

– Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Iran, Iraq: 24 days.

– Greece: 27 days.
